Capsicum green 1/4 cup chopped
Sweet corn boiled 1/4 cup
Tomato deseeded 1/4 cup chopped
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 2 teaspoons
Nutritional yeast 1 teaspoon
Garlic powder 1 teaspoon
Onion powder 1 teaspoon
Zatar spice 1 teaspoon
Oregano 1 teaspoon
(Optional – you can use fresh chopped onion, pressed and minced garlic and chilli flakes as per your taste)
Olive oil 2 tablespoons
Feta cheese diced 1 tablespoon
Grated cheese 2 tablespoons
Olives pitted and sliced 8
Olive oil for brushing
