Weekly grocery haul for 3x people from Sainsbury’s this cost £86 including some household items I meal plan every week 5x dinners and 1-2 high protein meal preps for lunches to keep me on track and it saves so much time and money.

Hey everyone welcome welcome back to my channel so I’m going to be doing a full weekly grocery haul going through the meals I’ve got planned and I’m also going to be meal prepping as well I usually meal prep one to two recipes per week either on a Sunday or a Monday but
I’m just going to do one this week because the meals that I’m planning I want to do extra for leftovers so it just saves time meal prepping so I’m just going to go through everything so first of all it’s just been delivered from zsb it was £86 in total for me my
Partner and my daughter and that is including dog food and some toiletries so not too bad considering I had to get dog food as well so before I get into the haul of everything I’ve got I’m just going to go through the meals I’ve got
This week and how I kind of plan it so I just write in my notes all of the meals the ingredients that I need and then I’ll just write the meal prep ingredients I need need and then when I’m planning out my meals I just know to get all their ingredients there’s no
Food waste planning ahead and prepping what you’re having is so so key especially if ran away last journey and also if you want to save money because there is nothing more annoying than just buying random ingredients not actually using them and then you end up wasting
So I’ve got a one part toy C which I’ve got King prawns four loads of veggies coconut milk I’m so excited for this so that is one of the recipes I’ve got a chicken and bacon mac and cheese cheese which you just can’t go wrong with a mac
And cheese I’ve got a creamy chicken Noy I’ve never ever had Noy in my life like I actually can’t believe it it looks so nice so I’m really excited for that recipe then I’ve got a beach stew and Mash Just classic slow cooker meal quick
And easy so I’ll just do that one of the days in the week when I’m like at work all day or something and then I’ve got chicken wings with salt and pepper style chips kind of like a Chinese style chicken and chips recipe and then uh
We’ve always got stuff in the freezer if we need anything like fish or chicken or anything like that personally for me I always plan for five evening meals then I I’ve got leftovers and then one to two meal preps but this week I’m just going
To do one meal prep cuz like I said um I’m planning on having leftovers so I’m doing the Mari mink chicken pasta I’ve seen loads of people cook this on like Tik toac and on Instagram it’s basically just a pasta but it just looks really nice starting off with proteins I’ve got
One kg chicken wings so this is going to do like three to four portions I have got a 750 G of diced chicken breast it just saves me dicing up all of the chicken breast then I got some extra chicken mini fets I know we’ve got look
Loads of chicken but there’s a few recipes of chicken and also my milk crap has chicken so I just got loads of chicken this week and then for my king prawn um the noodle dish thing that I’m doing I got these Raw King prawns this is going to serve two of
Us I got some bacon I completely forgot to get some sausages so I will have to go to the shops and pick up some low fat sausages but I did get everything else that I needed I always get breaded H slices so I got a pack of this I either
Have it for breakfast or just like sandwiches whatever then these sausy draws I got they’re M for my daughter for school but I might have one or two during the week if I fancy it but these are mainly from my daughter so that is all the proteins so moving on to Dairy I
Just got the semi skimmed milk I’ve just gone back to having semi skim milk it just sized me B two milks to be honest then I’ve got this uh 0% Fat Greek yogurt this is definitely my favorite one I always get this brand now I got some single cream I would usually get
Lighter cream fresh but a few of the recipes this week that I’m doing have single cream so I just thought I would get single cream this week I’ve got some Cathedral City the lighter mature cheddar so I’ve got a block of that I absolutely love onion and chove cottage
Cheese I am like basic and I just have it on a jacket potato but I’ve been seeing so many recipes like mixing it with avocado and mixing it with other things so I really want to try like a different recipe with it this week and it’s really high in protein low in fat
Loow in calories I got this Philadelphia light if you want to make any creamy pasta will just have it on toast or anything this is a good option also low calorie I am obsessed with feta cheese and eggs it is just so good feta cheese eggs with some chili jam is just the
Perfect combination and I’m getting through like almost a black in a week so had to get some more fet cheese and speaking of eggs I got 12 eggs and we are also getting through eggs every single week all 12 because I’m just obsessed with f eggs like I said so
Vegetables and things I got a pack of pepper some Sweet Leaf salad some spring onions a cucumber three avocados these are like apparently ripe and ready avocados so we got three I’ve got some red sliced onions I just got the sliced ones because I only needed them for like
One or two recipes and I thought I don’t need a whole pack so I just got this little mini pack then for my beach stew I’ve got a pack of carrots a pack of par Snips so these are just some of the veggies that I got this week I’ve got
Some tender and broccoli for my Tha green curry noodle dish and then I just got a normal broccoli head for just with other meals as well and broccoli is my favorite veg which is why I got two of these got three onions and a pack of
Lemons I always use lemon to season my avocado and it’s good to season other dishes as well I’m sure there’s another recipe that I need fresh lemon for so just got a pack of these I got some potatoes sometimes I find when I buy a big bag of potatoes they’re just not
Good quality or they’re really tiny that you can’t use so I’m just been getting these packs of four cuz I find they like bigger potatoes also needed some more kitchen foil so here’s like the Breads and noodles and things that I got this week so for my daughter and Steve they
Just like extra thick white bread and for me I am absolutely obsessed with this I won’t get through the whole loaf but I’ll end up freezing like half of it so this tastes the difference white BL Luma which is like thick sliced is so amazing by far the best bread that I’ve
Ever tried and then I’ve got these medium egg noodles which is for my noodle dish and also if I just do like Chinese noodles with soy sauce fish sauce you know garlic salt pepper it’s just like a quick and easy dish it takes like 10 minutes to do so I always like
To get um egg noodles these noodles for my daughter she absolutely loves them and has them for school so always top up on these and this Noy I think that’s how you say I’m not sure I’ve seen so many recipes having Noy in it and i’ can’t
Believe I’ve never tried it so there’s a recipe that I’m having this week that has it it’s kind of like a potatoey pasta I believe I know it says small potato dumplings I’m not really sure but yeah I’m very excited to have this recipe and try it out finally also got
Some skips my daughter’s favorite only 71 calories per bag and I do love some good prom cocktail skits so I got them I thought I got the lowfat or lighter version of this cocut milk but clearly I didn’t so 100 Mil is 143 calories but it’s fine obviously I’m still going to
Eat it I would usually just get the lighter version there and then I also got this toy green curry paste which is like a spicy one so I didn’t really need like a whole big jar I just thought I’ll get this for the portion that I needed
Also wanted to top it with some C orander leaf and I just thought it’d be handy to have this in the cupboard because I don’t have any fresh coriander and I’ve had this before and it’s really nice and I ran out of it I also got a
Jar of sliced jalapenos um this is actually for the chicken and bacon mac and cheese these this recipe was in that but I’m also definitely going to use this in other recipes as well or even just on sandwiches to top it I actually just love sliced jenos I could just eat
These out the jar and then there was a couple of recip is that I’m using for these sundried tomatoes so I thought I’d get a jar of this and also I’ve seen people having sundried tomatoes and like avot toast and things so I can definitely get use out of this with
Other recipes as well so that was everything I got I’m going to put this away and then we are going to start with the meal prep so this is the Mari meat chicken pasta that I’m doing for meal prep I’ve slightly changed some of the ingredients so if you’ve seen this
Recipe and it’s not exactly the same I’ve just gone with the ingredients that I’ve got so I’ve got six 640 G of chicken mini filets just chicken breast this is going to do four portions and these are the seasonings that I’m going to use to season the chicken breast with
And I’m going to cook that with some fry light as well salt and pepper so you can use any pasta I just want need to use macaroni pasta cuz it’s smaller and I feel like you get more pasta if that makes sense I have got other pastas but
I just thought I’d use this one also going to fry with some onion so for the actual creamy sauce you have got going to use two chicken stock cubes with boiling water 100 Mil of single cream some sun Dred Tomatoes you can just use normal ones but these are the only ones
That I could find at the time and some tomato puree and past that water so it looks pretty easy and it’s supposed to be really nice so I’m really excited to have this for meal prep this Week Oh
