

Decided to be extra this year and make bottles that looked legit for family Christmas gifts. Whatcha think? (Note: I don’t sell my hotsauce, this isn’t a promotion!)
I grew all the peppers myself and am quite proud of myself!
From left to right:
**Peach Habanero Hot Sauce**
– 20 Peach Habaneros
– 1 Carolina Reaper
– 1/2 cup White vinegar
– 4 tsp sugar
– 2 cloves Garlic
– 1/2 tsp Salt
**Jalapeno Kiwi Hot Sauce**
– 6 Jalapenos (with seeds & core)
– 4 Kiwi
– 2 Habanero
– 2 cloves Garlic
– 1/2 cup White vinegar
– 1/4 cup honey
– 2 tbsp Lime
– 1 tsp Salt
**Garlic Reaper Sauce**
– 10 Carolina Reapers
– 10 cloves Garlic
– 1/2 cup White Vinegar
– 1/2 tsp Salt
**Szechuan Hot Sauce**
– 2 cups purple Cabbage
– 10 toasted Szechuan Peppercorn
– 4 jalapenos (cored, seeds removed)
– 3 cloves Garlic
– 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
– 1/3 cup Rice Vinegar
I had to add a little bit more White Vinegar to this to gets its pH down.
**Fermented Hot Sauce**
– Big jar of Fermented Jalapenos, onion, and garlic
– 1/4 cup White vinegar
– 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
– a little knob of ginger
– 1 tsp Tumeric
– 1 tbsp Honey
– 1/2 tsp Salt
I love how they came out! Taste tested a ton, the Reaper Sauce though… that stuff is the devils butthole, couldn’t taste test that one too much, lol!
