I am currently posting this from San Francisco airport heading on a 6 day trip so hear me out. Had some shaved ribeye I never got around to getting bread for, a day old croissant and a few slices of havarti left in the fridge. So I improvised. Usually I put fried onions in my steak but was busy packing and laundry. It was AWESOME, would highly recommend.

Also I was born in the Philadelphia area and lived there for my first 30 years of my life (I’m 38) so I know this isn’t what you would get in South Philly 🙂
