We messed up a few times… over cooked the duxelle, didn’t get foie, and also not enough leftover pastry for good lattice work. However, it was damn good.
Big help since last time, used more than a single sheet of philo dough protecting the outside I think from getting soggy…

She ain’t the prettiest but I am sure it was tasty.
Wow! Have got to try this next year. For me it was the reverse seared prime rib. It’s so easy and tastes so good!
