Ok, so I freely admit that I don't know a darn thing about mangoes, but this is the second video that I've seen stating to dice the mango by slicing it in the skin then flipping the skin "inside out" and then cutting off the mango from the skin… Seems silly really. Why can't you just peel the skin with a potato peeler and dice it normally?

  2. Is that how mangoes normally look like in US? It looks unripe, ripe ones are very yellow almost golden.. The mangoes in this video look sour..
