Hello everyone! Welcome back to your kitchen! Today we are going to make a famous and delicious dish together, Spanakopita This is a Greek dish traces its roots back to Byzantine times. The word Spanakopita is a combination of Spannaki meaning “spinach” and pita referring to pie or pastry. This dish filled with spinach, feta

Cheese, onions and herbs has become a staple in Mediterranean cuisine. Its flaky layers and rich flavors make it a favorite for many. So let’s get started! Dice cut a large Onion Dice cut a large Onion Chop 350 grams of spinach into large pieces Chop a bunch of Green Onions

Chop a bunch of fresh dill as well Add some regular oil in the pan Then, Sauté the Onions to soften Then add the spinach and allow excess water to drain Pour it into a bowl and let it cool for a bit, then add other vegetables to it Crack 3 Eggs

Beat a little and add 200 grams of Labneh Cheese Add 250 grams of Feta Cheese Add salt and Black pepper to taste Line the bottom of the Belt Cake Mold with parchment paper Then, brush a layer of phyllo or yufka dough with melted butter.

Repeat this step for up to 5 layers. Now fill the mold with the ingredients and wrap them up Wrap the upper layers unevenly just like I did Be sure to cut the spanakopita before placing it in the oven Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 50 to 60 minutes

The layers became so crispy I love it. Please don’t forget to like this video and subscribe to the channel. Have fun!
