I got a Dutch oven for Christmas and want to make this https://www.seriouseats.com/the-best-slow-cooked-italian-american-tomato-sauce-red-sauce-recipe for tomato sauce as it sounds heavenly. But, and this may be a stupid question, what do I then do with all the tomato sauce? Do I eat as is with spaghetti and cheese? Do I use some and put ground meat in to make bolognese, and put another batch in the fridge for when im making pizza next?

Any advice would be appreciated!

All of the things you mentioned and lots of other dishes too! Lasagna, stuffed peppers or cabbage, eggplant or chicken parm, stuffed shells or manicotti, meatloaf, etc

Tomato sauce also freezes well, and can be canned.

It’s incredibly versatile and high quality for low cost.

It freezes like a champ and thaws in the microwave with minimal risk to texture or flavor.

Be sure to freeze smaller portions for easy sides.

Don’t go to all the trouble of making this just to smother it with stronger ingredients. Use it when you want a great **tomato** sauce, like eggplant or chicken parmigiana, or even just a side of pasta for another main.

It’s like making good homemade stock. You will find a good use, and it will elevate your game.
