So I just got my HelloFresh box and well Dill was part of the recipe and they sent a package for it, but it’s full of air. Literally fully sealed. 😂 luckily it was just a garnish.

If you go in the app, select “my menu”, scroll over on the top bar to the calendar symbol with a back arrow, select “view deliveries history” and find the meal it came with you can lodge a complaint and possibly get a refund on that meal. I had this exact thing happen to my lemon/dill chicken soup and was actually kinda irritated. I had some frozen in my freezer from makeing pickles this summer I got at the local farmers market, but fresh would have been better.
TL:DR Go to your past orders and ask for a reimbursement.
