Has anyone else had issues with this brand of rice cake cracking when you soak them???? 👀😩 I’ve tried cold water, room temp, warm, I’ve tried adding them to my broth/liquid frozen and they always crack like this 🙄 I bought two bags so I’m not about to throw them away but good lordddddd.
Thoughts??

Why are you soaking them? Aren’t you meant to just use them as is?
Happens when dried from freezer burn.
it happens when soaked straight out the freezer. best take would be to use them straight away.
Can you defrost them in the fridge?
