this stuff is good but not great and my hot sauce real estate is valuable. there’s half a bottle left. what should i do with it?
i’m limited to that shelf in the door. if it doesn’t fit there i can’t buy it and i’d rather have something else in that slot.

I love that stuff. I wish I was local so it was available in stores. Having to order it and pay shipping makes it kinda expensive. I definitely like it better than any bottle of vinegar… I mean Melinda’s that I’ve bought.

Sheesh, I remember when this sauce first started to appear at Portland restaurants in the early aughts, and saying it wasn’t the most incredible thing you’ve ever had would have been fighting words.
I’m not crazy about habanero flavor so I was never blown away by it, but it is pretty darn good on any breakfast that includes eggs.

Just an idea, but maybe if you have a smaller bottle available? Or another hot sauce bottle that’s almost empty you can clean out and pour it into?

I wonder if you could leave some of this stuff out of the fridge? I’m sure it keeps fresher for longer but a lot of this stuff I don’t refrigerate and it’s fine.

There’s probably a Buy Nothing Facebook group for your specific area. Funny story, my neighbor got a half used bottle of Japanese BBQ sauce from our buy nothing group. He made some wings and put the Japanese BBQ sauce on the wings and then shared the wings with me.
