Guys so happy Tuesday I am just getting back from the store I went to get groceries it’s interesting I don’t know if I’ve never gone grocery shopping the day after Christmas so Walmart was out of ground beef which I thought oh that is so weird cuz I it was a substitution they they

Were out of my husband’s ground beef which he likes the 8020 ground beef um and so they had my ground beef the 964 but they did not have his so I like well I had to go to Fred Meer anyway to pick up my produce so I went there and they

Also had they literally had three packages of ground beef of any ground beef like I mean like they only had the 8020 they didn’t have any extra lean none of the the lean um any of that they had three packages of 8020 that were all discounted because they all expired

Tomorrow which it’ll be fine because what I think I’m going to do is go ahead and prep the things I plan on making for him with those and then they’re ready to go but any who the shelves were completely after me so those were empty

Um when I went to go get produce all the produce was pretty much gone it was very picked through um I was lucky to get everything I actually needed um it was just like yeah it was crazy crazy so um but I got what I needed I um I’ll show

You the shopping bags I got from Amazon I think I told you guys already also my Walmart doesn’t do bags at all like in Oregon we have the bag tax so if you if you don’t bring your own bags you have to pay for a bag at any grocery store

You go to except from Walmart who did away with all bags in Oregon and so um when the last time I did my grocery pickup it took her forever to put to put my stuff in the regular Walmart bags that I bought like I have these like kind of flimsy reusable ones from

Walmart and it took her so long and she wouldn’t let me help her and so I bought some of since I decided Walmart pickup’s going to be my place to go now um I got some of those hard side ones they still have handles so I can carry them but

They fit perfectly in my trunk and it was so much easier for her just to put the stuff in there and then I it only filled two of them and I bought three so then my third one I actually brought my bags into friend

Meyer um but they were able I but when I got out to my car I just went and unloaded them all into my one little um bag and I can just carry those into the house and they’re big but they think they’ll still be okay to carry so I’m

Going to show you those here right now um so we’ll go in I’ll do a little quick haul for you um it is 10:00 I um already have done my workout y’all like I did a workout this morning made myself do it it was a little bit

Hard because I the last time I did a workout I had I had built up the resistance up to like a level four on my bike which I know for some people that does not sound like a lot but um for somebody who doesn’t work out at all I

You know used to only do it on zero and but so I went kept it on the four and I was fine like the first 15 minutes but the last 15 I could definitely feel it but I kept it on just kept on going so I did my 30 minute workout this morning

And then um I did have a little bit to eat um I had a yogurt and I’ll pop it up here at a yogurt with some of the apple cider Catalina crunch so I just had that before I left cuz I didn’t want to go to

The store hungry but I think um as soon as I get my groceries unloaded and put away I’m going to go ahead and make an egg bowl and just have some eggs with the feta cheese and some of that um what is that called chili crunch stuff and then

Um and probably an English muffin cuz I need to eat up those English muffins these are the ones I got so you can kind of see how deep they are there and how wide but you see how perfectly they fit in the back of my

Car um so they were perfect I was abl these two were the Walmart stuff and then well I did put a few of the Kroger stuff on top but we have Walmart and then this was everything I got from Kroger besides all my husband’s sodas um

And then I put a couple things on top there but yeah I I really like them we’ll see how um how heavy they are when I take them out and take them into the house first apologize for any mess you can see behind me that’ll be cleaned

Here very soon so I’m just going to pull everything out here instead of laying it all out we’re we’re casual today um for one of my lunch’s dinners my this week because I’m not working again this week when I go back to work next week we’ll

Have to do some prepping but this week I’m not going to do any prepping cuz I’ll be home so all of my lunches dinner’s meals will be both lunch dinner whatever I’m not really classifying anything you know just kind of whatever I feel like making um so one of them is

Going to be this Chipotle like chicken wrap that I found um so I did get some green Le green leaf lettuce like these are the um already single cut leaves um so I got some of this to have for those wraps and I know they’re a little bit

More expensive and I almost didn’t get them but the bunches like I told you like the produce was so picked through and I was going to actually get a bunch like you know not a bunch but a bunch of lettuce but they the they had like two

Green leaf lettu uses and one red leaf lettuce on the shelf and they looked terrible so had to go for a little bit more expensive but this will be good so I’m going to use this for those um chipotle chicken and then um I can also

Just ice it up to make for a salad too as well and then I’m going to make I just kind of came upon this whole like for some reason once I put I saw the chipotle chicken wraps and I pinned it to my Pinterest board like more Chipotle

Things are coming up so that whole you know it’s that algorithm type thing and so this other thing came up for Chipotle chicken like bowls and I’m like oh that sounds good too so while I’m you know doing all that so I might as well so in

The bowls I needed some shredded lettuce again they had the I usually get like the shredded Iceberg they looked terrible there was not very many but they also had the shred of Romain which I kind of like a little bit better so got this I got one salad kit just so I could

Make this would be two meals for me um I know like the container says three and a half servings but I usually just split these in half um so I got the Sesame Asian so this could be a good lunch or dinner with some of that chicken I got

From Costco um just throw those in the in the air fryer this makes just a super quick um lunch or dinner so picked up one of those I need a cilantro for one of those bowls I shall probably use it for the bowl and for the

Wrap tomatoes for the bowls plus just to have to snack on I got a cucumber now this is where one of those ways I’m going to start econom iing a little bit you guys know I really like the English cucumbers but in my area they’re like $2.99 um I can

Usually find them on sale for like $150 $1.99 but that the regular price is $2.99 for one where these are .79 so told you guys going on a budget this next year and this is one of the ways I’m going to do it the Skins are really

Those recipes um for my husband I just got him cuz he’ll have a couple side salads this week um so I just bought a bag of the Roma blend to have for that again there was like I normally buy him iceberg lettuce because that’s what he

Likes but they did not they did not have any so we have to go for this I was out of my creamer I’ve been loving loving the zero sugar caramel macchiato creamer from Starbucks but that I forgot to get it from Walmart which at Walmart is like

$4.99 which even then is kind of like okay it lasts me a couple weeks let’s just go for it um but I was not going to pay $6.99 that it was at um my Kroger store so they did have the coffee mate French vanilla on sale for $150 so picked this one

Up I’m going to be doing some sliders I’m going to do some Big Mac sliders either for dinner or lunch one day this week um so I did pick up some fat free thousand island dressing for that which I think I was supposed to make my own

Dressing for that but I picked this up thinking oh I forgot to add that on there but I bet the recipe for the Big Mac sliders probably has one but I’m going to use this um my husband likes the Catalina dressing so I picked this

Up for him I do not like it at all uh he eats peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for his lunches every day honestly like he does every once in a while he’ll like yeah I want something different so I make him a different kind of sandwich

Like when we have when I make like a roast beef or something for him I’ll make him a roast beef sandwich but then he always like oh I missed my peanut butter and jelly so needed some more peanut butter for him tonight I’m making

Him a stew so I picked up some beef stew which this like I told you this was literally the only thing of beef stew meat on the Shelf I would have normally bought a smaller one because I’m not going to eat this but he can eat this

For a couple of days and then I can turn it into a beef pop pie which I already have a pie crust so picked this one up for him and I got his ground beef I said these were the they had three of them I

Think on the shelf and I got two of them but they were on clearance so I went ahead and picked these up for him I’m making him a meatloaf and then Sloppy Joe’s are his other two meals this week so that two avocados to go for the Chipotle wraps and the

Bowls now these little things so how they fold up and the bottom has like this hard thing but it’s connected so it doesn’t come out and then you just fold it up just like that so I can carry it back out to my car love these things you

Guys for my sliders I picked up some of the carbmaster um classic white dinner rolls these are only 1 point for one and they if you’re if you watch your carbs they are four neck carbs um these are the Kroger Brand so I’m going to actually split

This in half put half in the freezer for next week and I’m going to come up with some other kind a slider recipe so my plan is that I’ll have two or three of these depending on how hungry I am if I’m having it for lunch or dinner um but

I think I will do three of them in a meal have like a salad or something on the side and then I’m going to like I said I’m going to save this one for next week so I’ll just split that in half I’m going to make some egg salad I did not

Make deviled eggs I completely forgot I was going to make deil eggs for Christmas just spaced completely so I’m going to make some egg salad to have this week so I wanted to pick up some bread so while I was in the carb Master section I picked up this carbmaster um

Nut multi-seed bread um for again four net carbs for this I don’t know how many points it is um it’s the the same macros as the roll so I’m imagine it’s probably one point a slice it’s 50 calories and 4 g of protein again for my husband I know I

Don’t usually show you what I get from my husband so here you go my husband’s a junk food junkie just so you know um I picked up some onion rings to go with his Sloppy Joe’s which I will also give him a salad which he’ll eat he likes

Salads so um I picked up some chopped onions to go in um his beef stew and then also for various recipes for my chipotle chicken bowls I picked up some of the cauliflower risotto medley I love this stuff for my yogurt bowls I was completely out of fruits Frozen fruits I

Picked up my favorite from Walmart walart the cherry berry blend and I need to make a it’s like a lime sauce or I don’t remember what it is but for the wraps and for the bowls it’s there’s like this chipotle sauce um so I needed some plain nonfat Greek yogurt for

That for my Big Mac sliders I needed some extra lean ground beef so this is the 96% lean for my yogurt bowls needed some more yogurt so I picked up some cherry Dan and lighten fit and for the Big Mac sliders picked up some of the Velva cheese

Slices I cannot remember what I needed the fat free cheddar for I may not have needed this for anything maybe just picked it up I can’t remember I think I had a plan for this but then I think I ended up not making what I was planning using for this but

It’ll keep no big deal for my Chipotle bowls I need needed some Pico Deo and now to the last little tub here this is the bread my husband likes the Fran’s big white bread so I picked up two of those for him he takes two sandwiches to work each day um for his

Floppy Joe’s picked him up just some of the Walmart Burger buns oh I am so excited to try these so youall know like I am loving loving the Atkins um protein shakes and I’ve been getting the caramel latte ones I also like the chai ones which I have

Some of the chai ones out in my refrigerator in the garage but they had this vanilla latte one so I’m going to give these a try I think they sound really good I may actually put one of these in the freezer the the only thing

With the Atkin drinks just so you know I have to have them very very cold I had one that hadn’t been in the refrigerator I still added it to ice but it still just was not as good like they have to be super cold but they have a weird

Aftertaste so um I’m going to try these ones I may put one in the freezer so I can have my coffee a little bit later and my husband like I said junk food junkie so he eats one of these snicker bars pretty much every day um he loves these a grotten potatoes

So I got this to go side of the meatloaf um d brish what I need this for probably the egg salad yes the egg salad that’s what I needed this for oh that’s what I also needed the Greek yogurt for cuz I use Greek yogurt in my egg

Salad these are my whoa hello my husband loves loves these he I don’t know if this is southern thing he’s from the south I never heard of them until he came along um so these are the field peas and snaps I only can find them at Walmart uh pinto beans is for the

Chipotle bowls and I get the no salt add added that way they’re not super high in sodium and then for the Sloppy Joe’s and oh one last thing um the Chipotle peppers and Adobo sauce I’ll need this to make the sauce that goes into the bowls and on the

Wraps and they actually did have one little bag that they gave me at Walmart so it’s about 11:30 I forgot to make my hard-boiled eggs I planned on getting my instant pot out and doing that but I completely forgot so I think instead of doing the eggs out I think I’ll make

That tomorrow I’m just going to go ahead and make an egg scramble bowl and have that for my lunch but first I’m going to go ahead and go make the bed I had to do a couple things for work I know I’m supposed to be off but if a district

Needs to help getting new hire on then I do kind of check my email so I’ve been kind of working on that the last few days well last week and then um like Thursday and Friday last week and then today so that’s done so I’m going to go

Fold my laundry I probably won’t get it all put away cuz I want to I’m going to eat cuz I am getting hungry but I want to I while I’m on a roll I want to go ahead and get the laundry at least folded and then I can put it away after

I eat so I’m going to go do that now and then that’ll be the last of my cleaning and I can sit down and work on some YouTube stuff and while I’m eating so I will show you my lunch when I get it done for my breakfast bowl for my lunch

I’m going to do three eggs some of this crunchy chili onion I just use a half a teaspoon and then um my fat-free feta which it looks like I have I think just a serving left of that and the store have all been sold out of this I’m

Hoping it’s back by next weekend cuz I’ve been loving this I’ve been doing is putting the fat-free fredd it in the bottom with some cooking spray and then just letting this heat up just a little bit just to kind of get the cheese a little bit warmed up and then I put my

Three eggs on top of that okay I put my three on eggs on there added some salt and pepper and then I’m just going to scramble them up and then once that um gets all cooked through I’m going to add in the chili onion crunch put in my half a teaspoon of the

Chili onion Crunch and then I’ll just mix that in and here is my finished breakfast bowl that I’ll have for lunch today going to have a little snack so I’m going to make um a coffee using the vanilla latte protein drink I will give

It a taste test and let you know what I think and then I’m going to use that with the cold brew um black coffee and then I’m also going to have a candy cane brownie built puff bar all righty let’s give this a little taste test I should probably put my lid

On there because I’m going to spill it but we’ll just give a taste test first that’s good it’s not as it’s not as strong tasting as the caramel one but it’s nice it has a nice pleasant flavor I think I may add some caramel sauce in there next time

Just because it’s a little blah that’s the only thing on its own but it has no aftertaste just a nice like subtle vanilla flavor I am loving those shakes they’re half the protein so I am having a little bit more trouble getting my protein in but yeah I’m really liking this I have

Not tried the candy cane brownie ones um belt bar so let’s give this a taste this is the puff one that’s not bad I really enjoy the puff bars now more than the regular bars they seem to sit better with me yeah pretty good still my favorite by far is the coconut one

Though all righty well I’m going to go do some more work um on my YouTube stuff I almost forgot to tell you guys about the recipe I tried so I think I showed you guys in one of videos last week that I was going to make this biscuit um spinach AR choke

Dip thing and I’ll pop up as I’m talking I’ll pop up some stuff here I think I took a picture or a video of it before it was cooked and then after for one thing it was the easiest thing to put together it just used one roll of the

Pillsbury dough um or Pillsbury biscuits like I got the big ones the grand ones and then I just bought some of the spinach Arch choke dip dip from Walmart the market side one and it was so easy to put together I put it I put it together the day before the night before

And you guys it was such a huge hit it was so good so so good I’ll definitely be making that for Thanksgiving next year and I’ll just have to double it because of the more people we have but it was amazing so highly highly recommend that recipe um I will try to

It was so cute I’ll put that up here also um so cute I used all those snacks that I got from Target and that I did that Target snack haul um taste test video so I had saved all that stuff because I knew I didn’t want to eat it

Or anything and I put together a Shar cury board and then I served it with which I don’t think I showed in the video that I took I I had it um the little bags like the little like treat bags you can get at the store and they

Were just the holiday treat bags I just put put those next to the to the board and just told people they could you know obviously eat from the board but then pack up the snacks so then it was all gone by the time everybody left they

Took stuff with them um so that was turned out so beautiful I did a ton of Christmas cookies I ended up baking like 14 dozen I want to say 13 13 14 15 dozen something like that cookies and I put together some cookie baskets and so I’ll

Show all those as well so it just turned out super cute um I already showed you all my gift B I did I show you guys the last one when I got the final stuff in I don’t think I did so I do have clips of that so I will

Put that up here too cuz I think I forgot to show you guys the final basket um after I my cat I was trying to what that noise was um after I got the rest of the stuff in from um in the mail but those turned out super cute as well so I

Just wanted to give you a little check-in on that and show you guys how everything turned turned out okay I realized I do not have a um picture of the gift basket so I just want to let you know that I was just want to go look

For it and I don’t have one so I will not be sharing that with you for dinner tonight I’m going to have half of this salad kit with a serving of this real good lightly breaded chicken nugget nuggets chicken nuggets I just put these

In the air fryer and then I will like I said I’m just going to cut everything in half for this and I will show you what it looks like when it’s all done all righty guys it’s the end of the night so I’m going to go ahead and close

It and then well Thursday so I did decide to get a new planner which I had originally was not going to but I found this one on Amazon for like $1.99 and it’s like really has like a lot of to-do list on it which is a great

Planner for me and just because of all the things I really want to try to do this year and just I just feel like it’s just going to really help me a lot so I will show you guys that cuz it comes in Thursday but more than likely it won’t

Come in until later in the day so I’ll show you guys that on Friday maybe when I do my my um last weigh-in for the year I can also kind of have like my goals for the year and I can show you my I’ll show you my planner then I think I’ll

  2. I did grocery shopping in-store yesterday, too (day after Christmas) and our store was surprisingly well stocked. I have those exact same tote bags in my deep freezer! I've had them for a couple of years now and they have held up well. I love that leaf lettuce that comes in those containers….I don't know why, but they seem to last a lot longer for me. I've been doing a lot of those salad kits lately. They make such a great side for dinner and like you said, I think there's really 2 servings in those bags, not 3 or whatever they say. I hardly ever use all the dressing in them. I love Fat Free Catalina, but my husband hates it. I've got a box of those au gratin potatoes in my kitchen for dinner tonight! The spinach dip ring looks fantastic.

  3. If you're just browning up ground beef, you can cook 80/20 then rinse it with hot water in a collander and it makes it 95% lean.
