I love these little wraps, they are packed with so much flavour, and are so easy to put together. They are perfect for a delicious lunch at home or to bring in your lunchbox if you are on the go! I love to use seitan, have you tried it? It’s a made from gluten, the main protein in wheat and it’s texture really reminds us of chicken. This one contains 29.5g of protein per 100g making it a really good add-on to our plant-based meals. If you can’t get your hands on it or prefer to go gluten-free tofu and chickpeas make for a really good alternative.
