These are some sauces local to the area I have in my collection right now.

Gator Hammock Gator Sauce is one of my all-time favorites. It’s not super-spicy so you can use it on everything, and is very garlic, black-pepper, and vinegar forward.

Branford’s Extra Hot on the other hand will rip you a new one. It’s bright and fruity in flavor with a huge and lingering burn.

The Key Lime Margarita Sauce is an interesting one. It is very sweet, with a low amount of heat, but it’s unique, and does carry that key lime citrus flavor.

Finally Taste of Immokalee Serrano Sauce is another all-time favorite of mine. You don’t see a lot of Serrano-based sauces which is a shame, since I think it has a taste that’s unique from other peppers- a certain brightness and vegetal note combined with a very clean burn. This sauce packs a ton of flavor, and is made by students in Immokalee as part of an educational program with the proceeds going to charity.
