A customer ordered a $300 plate and so we gave him this. He is a regular so we added a little extra.

    As a noob to making sushi (2 times at home weren’t horrible, NYE at GF’s was a disaster, today got smiles and thumbs up all around lol, FINALLY!) I gotta say it’s clear you are a professional and I am not!! I’m happy when my rolls don’t fall apart, and after only 4 attempts I aint complaining!

    Humor me a bit, at 12, 3, 6 and 9 o’clock are those jalepeno slices? Or better, pickled jalepeno slices (which I make at home and eat like candy)? And the red dot on them, is that sriracha?

    And what are the big green leaf-lookin things in the middle?
