My (incredible) dad comes over after he works his job as a fish monger, he’s retired and just does it now to socialize and stay sharp. After he usually comes and watches my baby while I go to work til my husband comes home. He says it’s the best time of his life! So I try to make him a delicious sandwich (or meal) when he comes. He’s low salt so I try to adhere to it. Here’s a sliced smoked turkey breast

This is wonderful! And kind of my dream life when I’m older–a job I enjoy but don’t need for part of the day, then a great sandwich and getting to spend time with my granddaughter. Your dad’s got a great setup!
I could eat this every day after work too.
