The coffee scene in New Zealand is quite varied. Sure, there is a crap ton of shops just running LM Lineas, but you can quite frequently see some interesting stuff. The highlight was seeing a cafe operating 2 Decent espresso machines.

Some crowded work stations shown. Wish they could organize in a manner that shows the beauty of the machine itself (e.g. Slayer). However, I’m sure this is the trade-off for efficiency during peak business periods.
This is the kb90 3 head machine in my local shop the team here has so many Insane toys I want to land a job here so bad just to experience being behind their bar (paradeco coffee roasters in Saint Petersburg, Florida)
