Ol reliable. She often goes unappreciated. I got some cheap frozen “General Tso’s” the other day because I was craving Chinese food. I add some dried pepper to the sauce packet and it actually tasted decent for what it was.
Plus, hot sauce at the desk, or chilis, is terrific. It’s so good for lunches and it can really level things up from so-so to great.

I have the exact same one. Also, don’t do what I did the other day and open the wrong side (the completely open lid rather than the shaker) when trying to put some on pizza. Iiterally covered the pizza slice with 3/4 inch of pepper flakes lol
