Carolina Reaper seedling and drying plant tips

    What could be causing this?

    Things that it may be:

    * Low Humidity (30%) coupled with small fan blowing at it 24/7 (to increase air circulation)
    * Lights scalding (I baked my earlier batch of seedlings with my lights, and at 18 inches away I would still get purple Cotyledons on previous seedlings before the true leaves would come out)
    * Over sterilized soil (Baked at 220F for 3 hours)

The yellowing started after fertilizing once with the blue plant food from Miracle Grow after the soil thoroughly dried but the seedling was not yet wilted/droopy. Prior the first true leaves were a dark green but the tips were certainly dry. One of the Cotyledons has purple splotches.

Bottom watered with mineral water containing 128 mg/dm^(3) magnesium and 200 mg/dm^(3) calcium. First inch of soil is dry.

I might be overthinking this, the plant is growing happily all things considered.
