
Ingredients:
2 bunches of green onions- washed and trimmed
2 tablespoons of Truffle Oil
2 tablespoons of Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon of Rice Vinegar
3 tablespoons of Gochugaru
1 tablespoon of Coconut Sugar
Directions:
Split green onions so they are like small strands
Mix everything together in a bowl
Serve immediately
I like it with grilled meat and rice. Also good as a topper for eggs.
