A few japanese restaurants around me sell whats called a “noodle salad”, that is also commonly served with squid salad. I have tried to recreate this at home with just kewpie mayo but it is still missing something. Does anyone know the secret recipes to this?

    You can get it at supermarkets but it’s not a main dish. Generally one would only eat a small portion of it.
