The uh bacon pre-cooked right here we’re going to SL it on a bias this is cona best bacon Around all right we’ve got some Bay shrimp Pensacola Bay shrimp we’re going to put a little smoked guda right there and a little slice of jalapena wrap it up and when you’re scoo it you really don’t want to go through the cheese cuz it breaks the
Cheese you want to go right above the cheese into the bacon here’s another One wrap it up like that perfect comes out like that I usually do six on a skew what we’re going to do is uh we go ahead and throw this on the grill got these already wrapped up nicely oh yeah look at our little shrimp awesome
Shrimpies all right we got a hot egg right [Applause] here tomato sauce Worster shower little Molasses Apper vinegar seasonings salt pepper little blacking spice and a little honey we’re going to simmer this for a couple minutes about 10 Minutes funny just want to simmer for about 10 Minutes right we’re going to do we just did the barbecue sauce now we’re going to do the Pickled veg just a a little bit of a sliced carrot real thin you can do it by hand or put it in do it on a a mandolin little red pepper we got some garlic and
Green onions chopped up as Well and a little bit of green cabbage mix it in a bowl let it soak for about 15 minutes and it comes out beautifully all right we’re going to do a little plating here with the bacon wrapped shrimp a little bit of that SLO bacon rat shrimp with jalapenos and smoked
