I found this at an international market and gave it a try. I’m hooked. I have a pretty high spice tollerance, so at first impression, I was disappointed. Seconds later however, the heat started to build. The thing with this stuff is it seems to “stick” to everything. It sticks to the roof of your mouth, it sticks to the back of your throat, it sticks to your gums, all the while the heat is just building and building in intensity. For heat, I would put it at 7/10, somewhere around Tabasco Scorpion, or Last Dab XXX. For flavor, its a delicious and delicate blend of spices, mostly turmeric I think, just an unbelievable build up of curry spice. I cannot wait to try this on chicken and rice! This is a must grab for you guys if you happen to find it.
