Five Mac? I only see one macaroni. There are also Fusilli, Penne, Conchiglie, and Farfalle. You need macaroni to make a Macaroni Cheese. Anything else is just cheesy pasta.

Ok, i dont want to be that all-knowing expert … blah blah, but i make a semi decent mac and cheese. Learn to make a white sauce ( béchamel) add a few grated cheese to it, that is the cornerstone to a good mac and cheese
