I got a Hello Fresh box on Thursday and was going to cook these today as part of a recipe, I haven’t really cooked king prawns much before. Are these safe to eat? It’s a little less noticeable in the picture, but each prawn has a green tint in the middle. The label says they were previously frozen. Thanks.

They just look like standard raw king prawns to me. There’s usually a variation in tint on uncooked prawns especially when frozen and vac-packed. Open them up and smell them is the best way, if they’re off you’ll know immediately.
