They do make low carb English Style muffins but I used Bagel thins as they didn’t have them.

Thomas Bagel Thin toasted
3 oz Kroger Turkey Breakfast Sausage
1 egg equivalent Egg Beaters cage free eggs
1 Slice Kraft 2% milk American cheese
I put a smear of Mayo and Dijon mustard on them for flavor but didn’t include it in the macros.
I included macros for both with and without side of avocado which you could add on top if you wanted.

To make the Turkey sausage patties, I split the ribs into 4 balls ( a little over 3 oz each) and place the balls on wax paper and cover with another layer of wax paper. Smash the balls with your fingers into very thin round patties that are slightly larger than the bagel thin. Pop them in the freezer until half frozen so they’ll release from the wax paper easily then fry and place on paper towel to drain any fat or oil that might have used for cooking.

I meal prep 12 of these per week and they hit the spot when I want McDonalds. So much cheaper and healthier, hits my macros.

I buy the Thomas Keto Bagel Thins too. I’ve looked for keto English muffins with no luck.

On my toasted bagel thin I’ll put an egg cooked in a ring topped with cheddar, a pork sausage patty topped with provolone and topped off with a slice of bacon, halved.

I do this with the sausage patties from Costco, an over medium fried egg (cooked in a tiny circle pan), and either Swiss or American cheese, depending on whether I want fancy or I wanna pretend it’s McDonalds. 😆

The Franz keto English muffins aren’t great, but workable in a pinch. I’ve been meaning to try a different variety you can get on netrition.com but I haven’t yet, so can’t vouch for them.
