πŸ‘‹ I really enjoy making these collages to see how I spend my calorie target throughout the day. I’m sure I’m not the only one, but I soo often end up struggling on weekends. My husband is home, there’s all the time in the world to snack, and it kind of has a free for all feel.

I didn’t feel like cooking, and because I had so many treats, I tried to make my lunch and dinner as veggie heavy as possible. From left top to bottom right: oat milk mocha, half a bag of these protein crisps, a protein chocolate pudding, some chocolate covered hazelnuts πŸ™ˆ, summer rolls, a single sad jalapeno popper, and a snack board for movie night (broghies, cottage cheese, cream cheese mini peppers, dried cranberries and two clementines). The cottage cheese, cranberry combo was soooo good.

How do you usually deal with weekends when trying to stick to 1500? Hope you also had a delicious day today ☺️
