Mix 7 oz of ground beef and 1 egg with adobo Goya
Form the meatballs and fried in a pan without oil the meat is oily
For the sauce blend 2 roma tomatoes 1 garlic clove 1/4 yellow onion salt and chipotle sauce to taste , I put 2 tablespoons
Throw 1 zucchini 1 chayote and the meatballs on the sauce and let it cook until the vegetables are done
Very filling can eat with queso fresco

I’ve been adding turnip cubes to stews and chowders to add a bit of that hearty potato style heft. boil them for five minutes separately and ditch the water before adding them to the stew if you want to ditch the stronger turnip taste.
