Could any of you help me understand the calories for this? Is 6oz 80 calories for this. What does the 1+5 mix mean?

Possibly the parts of shot to water ratio? 1 ounce mix with 5 ounce water. Each serving is 6 fl oz and each 6 oz serving is 80 calories. But even then the serving is lying to you because they make the drink mixes with 1.5 oz shots per 16 oz, if going by my logic, the drinks that you get served are possibly less calories than what the serving size is saying. I’m confused as well

it is 80 calories per fluid ounce of concentrate. i have no idea why they made it so complicated, since that is all you need to know.

On MFP the “verified” Plant Energy Lotus drinks are 80cal per 6oz. Which means 1oz concentrate = 80cal, because the other 5oz is water.
If you scan on MFP by barcode the drink should come up immediately and it has a green verified check mark.
