Used chicken instead of pork and about 70% of the cornstarch slurry as called for (I prefer a thinner H&S). Don’t skimp on the vinegar and white pepper!

    Nice!! I love to make a vegetarian one just more mushrooms and tofu, the black vinegar and white pepper are so key to getting the right balance!
