Ingredients:
Shrimp 2lbs
Consomé / chicken bouillon or shrimp
3 tomatoes
1/2 an onion
1 whole red onion
2 cucumbers/pepino
Cilantro
Salt
Pepper
Valentina (sauce)
Seasoning sauce salsa Maggi/soy sauce
Clamato
Ketchup
Hey guys welcome back to my channel for today’s recipe we’re going to be making a shrimp cocktail we got your shrimp that was about two pounds your clamato i didn’t get the spicy kind just because i’m going to be adding valentina your aguacate your cilantro i’m going to use two
Tomatoes for the recipe and one to cook the shrimp also a sevoya to cook mushroom your red onion your avocado your cucumbers your consonant your ketchup your fanta this is gonna be optional and this is also optional your salsa magi and valentina and of course your saltine crackers and here are my
Two cups so let’s go ahead and get started okay you’re gonna start off by just slicing your tomato into fourths it’s the same way that i cook the other shrimp if you didn’t see that pasta recipe then i guess i will show you again this is just to give the shrimp flavor I’m just gonna throw this into the water okay here i have six cups of water boiling and you’re going to add a tablespoon of your chicken bouillon and it’s already boiling you’re going to add your sliced tomato make sure you’re careful with that and then your onion
Let that again you’re gonna let that boil simmer not simmer let it boil for about 10 minutes and then that’s going to be ready for your shrimp you’re also going to add about half a tablespoon of salt And then let’s just let that boil while we wait for our water to be ready we’re going to start just chopping everything up I don’t know if you guys do this but i do this because that’s how i was taught it’s supposed to take little like sourness away from Now i do take out the inside i’m just gonna do that with the spoon My Now that everything is chopped there you go we’re gonna go ahead and add a lime the whole lime one whole wine You’re also gonna add some pepper and salt to your liking so i like to you can add it anytime either after once you put the Clamato i like to add it now that way it you see how the pepper i like the pepper to stick on there that way it gets that flavor and then another side of the sun that is good and just mix that up It’s been 10 minutes we’re going to go ahead and start adding our shirt remember don’t add it all at once just a little bit at a time and do not overcook it you’re gonna cook this for one to two minutes and that’s it you don’t want it to get chewy and overcooked
And let’s say oh you don’t have time for this you can get frozen or already cooked shrimp that is up to you i’m the only picky one that’s why i get it like this i don’t like to buy it cooked but if that’s for you
Go ahead do it who cares you’re the one that’s gonna eat it do you do do you so let’s let that cook one two minutes All right guys now that your shrimp is cooked i’m gonna show you two different ways there’s a lot of ways but two different ways you can either just add this the clamato and your valentina and that’s it but the way i like to make it is i’m gonna add my muscle shake this
I’m gonna add the flamato Maybe about half i’ll probably add more but just mix that in Then i add a little bit of maggie this is going to give it a nice flavor and this is bond to on michelada why aren’t you opening Oh okay just a couple of dots Very little can you see the black ones that is it very little it needs very little not too much just mix that in then i like to put in ketchup i like mine a little thick i don’t like it thin i mean So i like to add a cup so whatever you’re adding of ketchup that’s what you’re going to add of your fanta this is gonna make it a little sweeter i know it’s not gonna taste like soda it’s just a different taste it’s so good so there’s my cup of ketchup I don’t like my cocktail to be super watery i like it more on that thicker side so that’s why i add ketchup i’m gonna add a cup and a half Just gonna like get thicker That way And just add your shrimp and while you’re cooking everything oh while you’re cooking everything i recommend you put these either in the freezer or in the fridge that way it’s like super cold super chill oh my god looks so good i don’t like to buy it already cooked i
Like to click on myself so maybe next time i’ll make it with pulpo and show you guys how i make that but this is how i like it and see how it’s still a little watery i would even add more to my cup because my husband doesn’t
Like it that thick he likes it like this and then i just add a little bit more of the ketchup so there it is guys it’s done and so i don’t like to put my avocado inside because it does turn brown like let’s say you don’t finish all of it and you
Want some for tomorrow you don’t want to have like brown stuff so i like to put it in each of the cups so i add each of the cuts i add my avocado and my valentina i don’t add the valentina on here timing because me and my husband me and juan
Totally different i like it a certain way he likes it super super spicy i add that to that so i will show you how i prepare it all right guys i just want to show you i did add more pepper you already know me and my damn pepper
And i’ll add a little bit more of salt remember taste it don’t just be like okay yeah but like always how i tell you guys just get a little bit go like this taste it that’s how you’re gonna know because a lot of people ask me well how much do i put
I don’t know honestly i don’t cook that way but i do try i try to measure but sometimes i really just don’t i just eyeball it yeah but look how good this looks tell me that doesn’t look wrong tell me All right guys so this is what it looks like once it’s plated and then i already added avocado to valentina however much you want and just mix that in and it’s ready to eat there you go hope you guys like and enjoy You
