Finally breaking in our new wok using recipes from Kenji’s The Wok cookbook. Didn’t expect to like this as much as I did! (Hard to get a picture without all the steam 😂)

    I love this dish. I often sub one of the many small choys and double the sauce. This looks great.

    I’m curious about that cookbook. I have a cast iron wok. Way too heavy to pick up and toss things around. Are there recipes in there for me?
