Loved the flavors aside from it being a tad salty. Next time I’ll cut down on the salt pork a bit, but for what I have left is there anything I can do to help cut down on the saltiness? Have it with rice?

I made this today. Wife hated it, but I thought it was good!
I couldn’t find salt pork and “settled” for salted pork belly (that is, pork belly I bought and salted moderately for ~30 hours). Will probably make the same sub next time. Sublime.
