-Black Pepper
-Pink Salt

Hello hello hello my love’s and welcome back into my kitchen I’m Gabrielle and today I’m gonna be making something that you guys have been begging me to show you all how to make it’s my Buffalo cauliflower wings now these scrumptious bites of deliciousness are jam-packed with plant protein as well as b12 from

The seasoning and the things that we’re gonna cover the cauliflower in so I’m gonna show you guys how to make this so let’s get in the kitchen alright so the first thing I have done is I’ve gone ahead and I’ve chopped up some of my

Cauliflower I had a big head of it and so what I did is I just took 4 pieces from it and I’m just gonna use these up for the example so what I’m gonna do first is I’m gonna make sure that I have all of my things ready for when I’m

Going to dip in my cauliflower the first thing that I have is my Eagan egg now what brand I use is I use to follow your heart brand and what you do it’s a powder and just mix it in with some water and I like to make it a kind of

Consistency so that it’s dripping but it’s not too thick because you want it to act just like an egg would on a piece of cauliflower but instead we’re gonna be using the VNA so what I want to use for my batter is going to be some gluten-free one to one baking powder by

Bob Mills and so what I’m going to add into this is some nutritional yeast and I’m going to be adding in about a cup of nutritional yeast to 2 cups of flour and then I have a spice blend that I’m going to pop in there as well and this has

Salt pepper paprika garlic and onion powder as well so I’m gonna put that in there and then we’re going to get this mixed up That we will never read up our cauliflower in this now I wanted to make sure that this gluten-free because everything I eat is gluten-free I try to stay away from wheat or gluten as much as possible and you can of course do this if you want to win regular powder

Or regular flour but I love eating gluten-free and it’s always another great way to add more fiber into your meal so that’s what I use so what I’m gonna do is I’m going to take my piece of cauliflower I’m gonna grab it I suggest using some tongs just like this

I’m gonna dunk it into my beaten egg I’m going to give it a few taps because I want to make sure that I don’t have too much extra egg around it I want a pretty thin layer of the egg and then I’m going to cover it in my flour just like that

Now these delicious morsels are perfect for tacos I put them on top of pizzas before I put them in mac and cheese I put them in a veggie wrap I mean you can of course just eat them as an appetizer for like a party or whatever I love that

And you can chop them up and put them in a salad too so I love them so i coated up my piece of cauliflower just give it a nice little shake to get off all the extra flour and I’m just gonna put it down on my baking sheet which is covered

With parchment paper and then I’m going to do that to the rest of these I’m just gonna do the rest of these now I would say that probably four big pieces of cauliflower is going to be serving the critic filling because they’re thick they’re party they have a

Very meaty texture to them and of course the flavor is so powerful that they are going to be pretty filling when you eat into them so I would say that four pieces of cauliflower and then you know like a salad or if you want some french fries or sweet potato fries something

Like that would be really delicious that’s a nice hat and you want to make sure that that Wow it was not too much extra flour going on over there all right I’m gonna do one more piece and then we’re gonna pop them in the oven and when we’re baking them we’re gonna

Want to make sure that they crisp up nice and a nice golden color they’re not going to come out so much brown but you’re gonna see how the flour attaches to the cauliflower the flour attaches to the cauliflower so many flowers you’re going to see how the flour attaches to

The cauliflower and how it creates this nice texture to it so what you’re going to do is you’re going to pop this into the oven for 30 minutes at 435 degrees and then after 30 minutes you’re gonna come out with these nice delicious baked up goodies and the cauliflower should

Now be nice and hard okay you can see but they’re nice and crispy and there’s still a little bit of white from the flour but you’re still gonna want them to come out so that they don’t burn but you have a nice yellow color underneath all of that from the deccan

Egg baking in so that is the first step and then the next thing you’re gonna do is you’re gonna want to put in a large bowl you’re gonna want to get some melted vegan butter as well as any kind of buffalo wing sauce you can even use a

Barbecue sauce if you really want to whatever you enjoy I personally love the Tabasco brand because they have an organic buffalo wing sauce that I enjoy and I like all the ingredients in there I can read all the ingredients in there and that’s a big hint for me when I’m

Choosing ingredients that aren’t freshly made if I look at the back of the of the ingredients I want to be able to read everything that they put in it so that way I know what I you kidding renounce is what I can eat so it’s just something that I tell myself whenever

I’m shopping so after the earth does making for 30 minutes I’m gonna pop them into this mixture of vegan butter and what I’m using is Earth Balance soy-free butter that’s typically what they use for all of my baking and cooking if I ever need to use a butter and I’m just covering the

Cover these up and then after that you’re just going to pop them in the oven and you’re going to bake them up and call it a good day well I mean then you should probably let them cool but I mean if you’re really hungry I got sue coaches get them started out

Of the oven I wouldn’t suggest doing that though it does not sound like a fun experience to me all right I’m going to do one more and what’s really great is between the spices in the flour mixture with the paprika and the garlic and the onion powder as well as the nutritional

Yeast these are so ready and delicious and the way that they just crisp up our Babu goes I’ll show you guys you’re gonna put these into the oven again at 435 pop them in there for about another 8 to 10 minutes you grow a huge pan no I’m just joking I

Only had two small pans and then I wanted to make a bunch of the dumb ones so I have a bunch of delicious cauliflower wings that are ready to go so as you can see I baked them and all of the juices and flavors from the sauce

From the vegan egg have baked in and they’re gonna be so delicious to bite into so let me share about myself a couple of these and something else you can do also of course if you want to is you can chop up the cauliflower in longer so you can have cauliflower

Steaks and you can read it the exact same way you can pop it into the vegan egg read it on the two sides you can pop it into the batter bread it on two sides and then you can put it in the bake it and then put it into the sauce mixture

And you would have a bomb cauliflower steak I personally I love little nuggets I love things I can just pop in my mouth so I made these today and I’m just gonna plate up a few of them and this is gonna be so good oh I’m so excited

Then lastly of course I love a fresh element on top that always gives me something that just it just makes the presentation more beautiful to me so what I have here is I just come and chopped up a little bit and sprinkle that on the top of my plate

And this is really great especially if you’re serving this to friends or doing something that you’re putting out at a party just sprinkle over a fresh element whether that’s chives or parsley or whatever you want to use and it will look even warm I’m gonna take myself a
