    Happy new year everyone! We’re back with a winner to start off the new year. This dish was pretty good and I’m looking forward to using the oil for the next one. It took me a lot longer to make than I thought and I would use half the amount of oil since it was quite spicy and the mala was for real. Overall, I would make this dish again and the veg as a nice contrast to it all.
