    I’m so dumb. I didn’t know udon was Japanese food. I ordered this at the H Mart food court. Sorry if I offend anyone!

  2. When you add this kind of tofu skin, the udon is called Kitsune Udon

    If you enjoyed the fried tofu, I recommend trying yubuchobap (or Japan calls inari sushi), which is fried tofu stuffed with rice. It’s very simple, but it’s one of my favorite foods.
