IDK if it’s been discussed before; the sauce is OK on its own, but only vaguely tastes like the original and has nowhere near the level of heat.

I generally like the flavor of the OG, but it’s so sweet it limits its uses for me.

Nothing beats the OG Sriracha. Even their new version pales in comparison. The new pepper supplier just doesn’t replicate what once was.

My wife likes it better than Huy Fong. I personally don’t really like either one that much. But I do like Trader Joe’s Green Dragon sauce. That stuff is amazing on rice & beans.
