Some of my favorite quick lunches. They’re all either below or 10 calories above 500 calories and at least 30 grams of protein. I tend to use the same measurements for many recipes and swap out the carb element.

  1. Those meals look great. I would suggest adding in some fruit or veggies if not just to be more filling and satisfying and having some more variety. Add some lettuce, tomato, and onion to your burger, have a side salad with your pasta, make a Mexican corn salad with your tacos.

    Yummmm. I love making “normal meals” like this with some steamed veggies on the side.
