I love making these collages ☺️ it’s so interesting to see how each day stays around the same calories, but is made up of diffent combinations.
I woke up with a huge sweet craving, so I started the day with a white chocolate mocha and a protein pudding, then I had fishcakes and broccoli for dinner, and made myself a snack plate with cheese, mini salami, crackers, cherries and watermelon.
My favourite individual bits were the cheese and fruit for sure! Hope your day’s had some really nice food too.
