Made the mistake of forgetting to take sliced after pics, so on the sandwich will have to do. Santa Maria style rub, 255° in the easy bake oven until an internal temp of 132° was reached. Pulled, seared and sliced. Placed on brioche slider buns with caramelized onions and a parsley based chimichurri. They were a big hit. Much better than how my Huskies played
