This easy dessert goes super well with a Moscato d’Asti. For three people I used 400ml of cream, three leaves of gelatine, 45 grams of sugar and the grated lemon zest of 3/4 of a lemon. For the blackberry sauce I just cooked down 4-5 large blackberries with some sugar, lemon juice and lemon zest and passed the liquid through a sieve. Enjoy!
