I love making these collages of my day ☺️ I’ve struggled with evening binges in the past, so I noticed that a positive side effect of putting together my ‘food’ day visually is that I’ve gained a little ritual signalising I’m done snacking for the day haha
I desperately need to go grocery shopping tomorrow, I had to try putting together some food from what was available to me 😅
I had a dumpling egg drop soup for lunch, then a chicken caesar salad for dinner, a snacking plate with watermelon, cherries and chocolate covered hazelnuts as a reading snack, and then a white mocha topped with whipped cream and sprinkles.
