This is my humble beginning to a collection. Are there any hidden gem hot sauces I should pick up next?

Gotta recommend the Los Calientes lineup from Heatonist. And pick up a pepper grinder and a mild to hot bottle of flakes or the small gift pack from Flat Iron Peppers.

It’s kind of an investment but pretty world changing for what high quality spiciness can do for food. The Rojo and habanero pepper flakes on smoked brisket is absolute heaven.

If you ever find yourself craving pure heat, the best flavors I’ve had are from Puckerbutt (Gator Sauce, Reaper Squeezins, Chocolate Plague), Hot Ones (Last Dabs), and Butterfly Bakery of Vermont (Taco Vibes Only, Red Reaper). Plus some flakes (wouldn’t suggest powders at high heat in case of inhalation).

My current go to sauces than I’d recommend:

    – Marie Sharp’s red hornet

    – Tabasco scorpion
    – Taos Hum Fatalii

Melinda’s is amazing. Their black truffle sauce isn’t incredibly spicy but is delicious.

All of their sauce is awesome
