Today i’m going to have some fun in the kitchen with chow fun this is delicious stir-fry rice noodles with beef bean sprouts garlic chive let’s get started let’s marinate the beef first so for that i’m going to slice beef into bite size and put it into the mixing bowl add rice wine

If you don’t have it just use water soy sauce for seasoning this is my secret to make this beef really super tender like a chinese restaurant little pinch of baking soda a little bit will go a long way a little pinch of white pepper you can

Use black pepper but i like using white pepper just mix it all through just right there and let’s make the sauce you will need some teaspoon of dark soy sauce you don’t want too much of this because the flavor and the color is really strong so be careful just use very little bits

A nice deep brown dark color to the noodles And little light soy sauce for extra seasoning part and the flavor And some chili oil with chili flakes inside if you don’t like spicy you can skip this but i cannot skip this and some rice wine if you don’t have it just bump up your water a little bit because we are adding water to help cooking the noodles the water goes in

And lastly but not least the sugar and just mix it all together until you guys have the job let me taste it oh yeah perfect though let’s chop up the vegetables you will need a little bit of garlic that will give nice fragrance and the flavor to the chow fun

Just let’s cut off that little brown top and chop it away and you want to make sure the sauce and the noodles and the vegetables are all prepped because we are working on everything on very high heat all right garlic is good i’m just gonna set aside right here make some ginger

Just in this slice ginger is good too set aside with garlic all right and the lastly for the fragrance vegetable we will use one red chili if you don’t like spicy again you can just use red black pepper Just take all the seeds out just slice it in me all right they’re good now garlic chive you can find the garlic chives at your local asian grocery stores and just cut into about two inch long and keep it separate from these three fragrance vegetables because we are adding them at the last

And the last vegetables is bean sprouts so all the vegetables are prepped let’s add some oil Let’s drop the beef into the wok so my beef is cooked i’m gonna set aside to a separate bowl i’m gonna add it back in okay add in the garlic ginger chili or the fragrance vegetables let’s add the noodles and the sauce add the cooked beef the garlic chai and the bean sprouts

They don’t need to cook a lot just about a minute or two until they are softened last toast it smells so nice here so good you’ve got to try this recipe it is way too good to miss
