2 cloves crushed garlic
2 stems chopped fine celery
½ onion diced
2tb canola oil
2 slices of shoulder bacon (100g) into very thin strips
1 cup of salt reduced chicken stock
Slow cooked for just over 1 hour on high.
3 egg yolks mixed with the juice of 1 lemon stirred in.
3tb dried dill added
Grilled cheese kransky x2 sliced and mixed in.
