
This turned out great and was perfect reheated or eaten cold!
10 whole eggs, 1/3 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar, 1 cup diced ham, 1/4 cup feta over the top, red pepper flakes to taste, and lots of spinach 2-3 cups worth before wilted.
