Luckily I bought some Greek yogurt randomly yesterday, so when my kiddos requested cinnamon rolls I happily agreed (forgot about the 90 minute rise, which meant I went to bed around midnight, but it was worth it!) I always feel like I’m going to mess these up and they may not look perfect but they’re always tasty.
