Local grocery store had them on sale for 6.99 lb
Treated it like a big steak
Salt pepper garlic 2 hours before cooking
Set Traeger at 450
I’m in New Hampshire so it was a mild day today at 35 degrees
16 minutes per side and pulled at 124
Rest for 30 minutes
I was going to to crust it up but it was so good I just ate it as is.
No pics on the cap because I ate it all first lol.

Hey! It looks like you posted an image!
If this is a photo of one of your cooks, maybe share the recipe and techniques
used, as it’s almost guaranteed one of the first questions you will be asked!
*What seasoning did you use?
*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?
*Did you use any special tricks or techniques?
Traeger on!
