I’m a huge fan of Butterfly Bakery’s Switchback Lime sauce and ordered the Smoked Onion sauce and their hot salsa to try. Was surprised to also receive the Vienna Lager Mustard sauce for free.
The smoked onion and mustard sauces aren’t too spicy to me but have a good amount of heat and taste absolutely delicious. Highly recommend.

How’s the salsa? I’ve currently been addicted Mateo’s Hot (to the point where I have half a jar open and still picked up a fresh one last trip “just in case”🙄) but I love chips and salsa as a snack so I’m always looking for more.
BBoV makes some darn good stuff. They’ve all got this bright flavor/spiciness to them that I haven’t found anywhere else and it grew on me real quick. Haven’t tried the Switchback Lime nor the salsa, and I have the mustard waiting for me to try at some point (got it free too). How are they?
Vermont Habs is seriously good and about equal in spicy to the Smoked Onion Habanero, and the regular Smoked Onion is great, though a step below those on heat, and I prefer the taste of the Habanero. For higher heat and flavor, Red Ghost Reaper and Taco Vibes Only are both top notch and among my favorites. Taco Vibes Only is like a basic flavorful hot sauce at or near superhot levels and it’s beautiful.
Not too huge a fan of “This and That.” It’s a neat idea, piling in so many peppers, and it definitely isn’t bad, but I’ve been preferring the others.

Oh man those sound awesome. I’m unfamiliar with this brand. I’ll have to check it out. That mustard one really piques my interest.
I love mustard and hot sauce, went to their website, ordered a variety of stuff, looking forward to getting it.

Butterfly Bakery is my favorite producer and basically the only one I purchase from now. They also toss in a free sauce with most purchases. And I love how they rotate out varieties that match the season. The Vienna mustard is probably my favorite by them.
