To make this you lie a small bed of tortilla chips on your plate. Smash an avocado and add on top of chips. Cut a little red onion and tomato for the top.
Add your seasoned ground beef and top with salsa and a pan fried egg. Meant to add cheese but I forgot. I know this isn’t authentic but this was the combo of things I had in house.
